We start with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation. It's a chance for you to tell us what you're hoping to achieve, and for us to explain how we work, what we can help with, and the scope of our advice. There's no cost and no pressure, just a friendly chat to see if we're the right fit.
If you'd like to go ahead, we build a complete picture of your situation, your goals, income, expenses, debts, existing cover and any plans on the horizon. The more we understand, the better and more personal our advice can be. We'll only ask for what's genuinely relevant, and your information is handled securely and confidentially.
We do the homework. We research and compare options across our panel of providers, then bring you clear recommendations, explained in plain language, with the reasoning laid out so you understand the why behind each one. You'll have the time and space to ask questions before deciding anything.
Once you're happy to proceed, we handle the heavy lifting. We prepare and submit applications, liaise with lenders, insurers and providers, and manage the process through to completion, keeping you updated at each stage so nothing falls through the cracks.
Our relationship doesn't end at implementation. Your needs evolve, a new home, a growing family, a change in income, and your advice should keep up. We stay in touch with regular reviews, and we're here whenever questions come up or, if needed, at claim time.
